10 STEPS
1. First, please navigate to File Explorer, click on Documents. This is essential, as Documents folder is associated with your OneDrive page. If you have the file in the Download folder, move it to the Documents folder.

2. Create a new folder so you and client can upload files to, or you can use any existing folder.
For this example, I'll use the Test folder.

3. Right click on the folder, then click on Share

4. Type in the email of the client you're requesting files from.
You can enter multiple emails address in this box.

5. Click on the eye icon to edit the permission level

6. Make sure you select the appropriate permission for the folder you're sharing:
Can View: clients can access and download files in this folder / Can Edit: client can download and upload any file to this folder (best for collab) / Can't download: client can only access but not allowed to download files in this folder.

7. Type in and message you want here. This step is optional.

8. Click Send

9. Here you will receive a notification informing you the request was sent successfully.
It may take a few minutes for client/clients to receive this request on their end.

10. That's it. You're done.
Once your client click on the link to sign in with their own email, they will be able to send and receive any files that were uploaded to this folder.
